New replacement fridge.

Jay and Chris arrived on time, were friendly and polite. Very good ambassadors for The company, as have been all those with whom I have had contact at F&P.They coped with the difficult access stairs to the property competently and without complaining.Overall a most satisfactory experience and no issues at all . Definitely worth the 5 stars.

Very poor service network

We have a Fisher Paykel refrigerator with freezer draw that is freezing our food tgat should be at 4 degrees. 2 weeks ago we were given a 4 week service appointment! Customer service said they would prioritise us but nothing yet. Why is there no useful or functional service in the UK? Very frustrated and disappointed. Engineer arrived promptly on the new earlier date. The problem was fixed quickly. Still a little disappointed that I had to fight for a quicker response but maybe next time it will be better. All good in the end

Dishwasher Error code

Ash our specialist, was in touch to let us know he was on his way well within the time band specified, he was polite informative and identified the issue we were having with our dishwasher and was fully equipped to fix the machine. An efficient professional job well done. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately/then fortunately

Unfortunately, since having our new kitchen installed in 2018, the first Fisher Paykel dual wine cooler unit failed after three years. FP provided a new unit (somewhat hampered by the lockdown) but this one also failed a few days ago. On both occasions it was the compressor unit (Chinese) that failed. We have just had a replacement unit delivered by Steve and Connor, the Home Install Team. They were superb, arrived on time, were cheerful, polite and very competent. The job was finished in short order and is now cooling a number of white and red wines. They also gave us some free advice about or FP fridge freezer unit! Thank you to them both - you were brilliant.

Fridge running too cold

Our engineer, Irod was brilliant. From giving us a heads up he’d be arriving at a certain time to identifying the problem and replacing our broken fan in super quick time. Very happy customers!

fridge water inlet repair

our engineer was Jiy. He fixed the problem with no fuss, was friendly, and was happy to advise me how to move the fridge about (unplumbing/ replumbing, etc) when it comes to redecorating and floor repair. (we'd had a water leak)
