Adam was incredibly professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Completely prepared with parts & equipment to move a large fridge on his own off a ledge. Really impressed & resolved all issues (leak & runners)
The engineer that came to look at our dishwasher, Dean, was able to diagnose the issue we’ve been having very quickly and had the part on hand to repair it. Also was courteous and called an hour ahead of time before arriving. Very good experience overall
