After finding my review FitFlow refunded all charges. Maybe they'll simplify their signup process. I'm giving 3 stars now, but recommend everyone pay extra attention when signing up.

It may be a good product, but it wasn't what we were looking for, so we cancelled.

As far as I can tell, this a scam. The website to signup is very confusing and you end up paying 4 to 5 times the initial price. Then when you try to cancel and get your money back you get AI response that don't address your requests.

I don't think they can improve because I was ask to contact and for the 10 + times they sent me another AI message which is the same ones I received since Feb 7 This what I received.We'd love to hear what you think of our customer service. Deceptive advertising

Their ads state “free chair yoga chart, print now” “free senior walking guide”. In order to obtain, questions must be answered…age, weight, height, etc. I answered all for both programs only to be told that I need to enroll in a membership. Thus, nothing is free as advertised and extremely deceptive. I call this a SCAM

American cup measurements don't work…

American cup measurements don't work for UK residents. Links like weight log etc don't appear to work. Menu plan - if you swap out a meal because that is what is in the fridge the meal log doesn't change to the day you are it. Work out bits look ok but you can't log extra stuff eg a swim. Seems pretty basic so far.

Although the recurring charge occured…

Although the recurring charge occured the same day I cancelled they refused to refund my subscription. Any reputable company I have dealt with in the past allowed for the same day of cancellation and refund.
