Simply waste of money

Simply waste of money. And the worst thing is they said refund is excepted but when you request the answer is from your expenses that means they pay £8 for postage you lost it and to return you have to pay another £8 in total £16 for the price of £10 crap

Broken Belt

I have a gym bike. I contacted Fitkit as I believed a belt had broken. They arranged for someone to come and service the bike, order and install the broken belt. Communication was good throughout Abid and Shaf sorted everything out. Great company and great customer service. Five star service
