Review Time
Our cross trainer died last weekend and a few hours of research took me to FitKit and the FS4 from Life Fitness. I read reviews on this site which created a few doubts and spoke to friends who are personal trainers.I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Aided by the fact it was new and so not in need of a service before being delivered.The delivery/assembly team called three times to keep me informed of progress/ETA. During installation they found a defect in a piece of plastic and replaced it while on site. The FS4 has now had a few hours of use from different people and we find it to be solidly built, with a smooth movement and we are very pleased with our choice.
A well overdue review, my experience with FitKit UK has been nothing short of exceptional at a time where my confidence in Fitness equipment providers during COVID-19 era was well below zero (see my other review). I was beyond sceptical about placing an order with FITKIT UK given some of the reviews I had read, but caved in once I was sure they were the most price competitive for the piece of kit I wanted (hammer strength lat pulldown) by over £1000. I called to ask a few questions and got through immediately to Evetta, which felt like a blessing, given others have decided to suspend their phone lines. By the end of the conversation held on 15/05/20, Evetta confidently claimed that if I was to place the order that day, I would have the item no later than 22/05/20, I was very sceptical given another company had me waiting over 8 weeks for some items that should have been delivered within 21 days, regardless I placed the order with FitKit. Over the next couple of days I received the expected email confirmations stating my order had been confirmed and would hear back once the item was ready for dispatch. On the evening of 20/05/20 I received an email from Abid in the sales department asking if it would be convenient for the delivery to be made the following day (21/05/20), which I happily accepted. James and Jordan with the delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would and were beyond a pleasure to deal with. This company has been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with at a time where multiple others blame transportation issues for unacceptable delivery delays. If you are sceptical as I was given a previous experience you’ve had somewhere else, call up and speak to the staff at FitKit, its a company that deserves to be recognised at a time like this.
Outstanding service from Fit Kit UK in particular Ben who I have spoken with via email. Ordered some Jordan studio weights and they were here within a few days with continuous updates. Considering everywhere has been sold out for months (with pre orders stretching well into august) I was so happy with this service.Would highly Recommend to anyone!

WOW, after the gyms throughout the UK were forced to close I decided to look for a gym spec treadmill for home.After looking around I came across Fitkit and it was the best discovery. Yes I had to wait for delivery but this was expected as everyone would of been doing the same as me.My machine arrived and the delivery driver was extremely helpful (not a Fitkit driver) and I was more then happy with my purchase (so far a 4 star review)After a week or so I discovered a small issue so reported it to customer service and this is where the 5 comes in to play, they have been so helpful and sent an engineer out to help. After the engineer arrived it was decided that the company needed to replace my machine (within 2 working days) My replacement machine was delivered by 2 service engineers who took the old one away and made sure the new one was up and running before they left (after 6pm)Its not very often these days that people deliver this type of customer service but these guys (service and customer service) are a true asset to the business and I thank you so very much for exceeding my expectations.

Held off ordering from Fit Kit UK due to some of the early negative feedback on this site and some of the price mark-ups, however I finally placed an order to fill in gaps in my dumbbell collection. No other gym supply company that I have used has dispatched as fast as this. Order placed in the morning and dispatched a few hours later with dumbbells arriving by DPD next day. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using them again.

I really don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this company. I placed an order for a £700 cross trainer and it arrived within approx 10 days. They always replied to me and the unit is in the condition promised. I would gladly use them again.I have never used them before and I have received no incentive for this review either.
