I like the other reviews got scamed twice unfortunatly. because of the same I didn't relize it was from this same company I ordered a product the begining of March I still haven't recieved it so I went to the paypal resolution center and Fitody Limited Says it was Delivered but I have yet to see it I checked with the USPS where thier site said it was delivered so I tried a claim with them and was told my address was not on the order hard to explain but either way I still did not get my item I'm sure Paypal will close the case for lack of evidence, Hopefully not but probably this Fitody Limited is scamming alot of people. this is the last time for me Everyone watch out those Scammers are Sneaky.
OOOO stars .. they have Great adds telling you Made in Australia but once you go through to the pay department you see its coming from China and they charge you handling, shipping and every other fee they can, even though it says clearly free shipping in Australia...supposed to give you full refund if you cancel immediately but no, Damm thief , Chinese rubbish .. And Paypal seems to support them stupid me fell for it several times because they trade under different names
As with others this is a pure scam sending an oximeter instead of glucose monitor.when complained through Pay Pal they wanted me to return it at my expense but NOT to the address on the envelope that I received it but not giving me an address to send it to.I’m still waiting for a refund. Why are Pay Pal dealing with SCAM companies like these. I’m now losing faith in Pay Pal.
Same as other reviewers, purchased for the specified price via PayPal, found that the amount had been increased. Now about twenty days with no delivery. Via PayPal sent a message raising my issues and requested a refund, response was to give a tracking number which says it was shipped in 2022!
Unfortunately, I bought not 1 but 2 of these robotic pets - a kitten and a puppy - for my young grandchildren on 7 February this year. The quality, if that word can be used, was beyond disappointing. Very cheap workmanship which did not fit the description of the item in any way. Contact with the company wanted me to pay for return to an overseas destination with no guarantee of a full refund, despite saying made in Australia. I declined and put it down to a lesson learnt. A similar item bought from a discount shop cost me $5. Giving 1 star because that’s the lowest rating.
Fraud. Total fraud. They sell a pulseoximeter as if it measured glucose with the supposed "bikenda" brand. I dont know if it is a scam or if that brand has a real retailer, but the product is a fraud. Its a simple pulseoximeter at twice the cost. IT DOES NOT MEASURE GLUCOSE. a rip off, because even paypal cant get them to reimburse the total of the product.
Fitody Limited are a registered company based in Hong Kong. i ordered a product from Healthboostzone, who are not a registered company but sell their products Moondar oils from within NZ. Fitody Limited added a handling fee, shipping and insurance fee after the purchase when they weren't part of the agreement with HealthboostzoneThese are fraudulent activities by this company using Healthboostzone as a cover company and then adding additional charges to the unsuspecting buyer. They offered 180 days full refund guarantee, however the product has been returned 27 Jan 2025 tracked within NZ and they have still failed to provide a refund.Do not use their Hong Kong address for returns, reports also show items returned and still no refundYou need to be reported Fitody Limited to Hong Kong Police as they are scammers
