I was charged for shipping despite it being advertised as free. An insurance fee was added without my request, and a week later, I faced an international fee. I have tried to reach out multiple times without any response. I’ve filed a complaint with the payment service, and if that doesn’t resolve the issue, I will escalate it with my bank. I also plan to report this seller to the appropriate authority. Please, steer clear of this fraudulent seller! I gave one star because it’s not possible to give less.
I ordered from Ireland.It was said produced in Ireland no delivery costs for 41,96€.I paid by PayPal and they took 50,35€ without notice beforehand.Looked again in the advertisment( what I should have done earlier) and the company sits in China.I have reported the ad several times so that it can be taken down.End of story I canceled using the customer service on the same day and today PayPal wrote that I will get my money back tomorrow.
Its a shame you can't give them no stars, they overcharged, added on extras without me knowing and the product came with no instructions, I am dubious to even use the product as I do not know what is in it as there are no ingredients either. They should be held accountable and shut down.
Couldn’t give it no stars Absolute scam and they use different company names Also they are guilty of ‘fake endorsement's’ including NHSOvercharged for shipping and insurance I tried to cancel the same day as ordering, no response , in my opinion they should not have shipped Pay pal have ruled in their favour as I received the goods 😡
Read their refund policy and then forget it as you have more of a chance of growing another head! Want a refund, you have to return the item to China and obviously you will want to have it tracked and signed otherwise they will say it never arrived. That's at your expense so you will end up spending more on postage than the refund you are trying to get!
I would not rate it at all Be aware this is a scam I was charged extra for insurance and handling charges which wasn't on the invoice but extra was taken from my bank I emailed 3 times to cancel the order and I have had no response DO NOT ORDER from this website
