I started this journey in April, and now in December, I'm at a loss of $500 with nothing to show for it. It took weeks to receive the product, and when it finally arrived, the installation was not as promised. The glow-in-the-dark targets fell off, and aligning the magnets was a challenge. I returned the cover, which they received on October 1st according to tracking, but now it's mid-December, and I still haven't heard back. I really wish I had seen these reviews earlier.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My cover has been on order since May 9. I watched their live stream over the summer to understand the delays in fulfilling orders. I received an email stating my order would be filled by early September, but that deadline passed without any updates. I later learned they didn't even have the necessary window measurements. After providing them, I can't get any response to my emails. Their phone message directs me to email instead. This is ridiculous. I'm now disputing the $549 charge. Save your time and money.
I wish I had discovered these reviews before spending $300. I ordered in July and received it in September, but I was out of town until November. When I finally opened the box, it didn’t fit my vehicle's windshield. I reached out to customer support on 11/17/25, sent photos as requested, and now... nothing. They have stopped responding to my emails, there's no phone number available, and the links in their emails show their website is down. I'm now disputing the charge on my credit card. Beware!
I ordered and paid for a cover on July 8, but as of November 15, I still haven't received it. Initially, they claimed they were waiting on magnets, then sent me a UPS label, but UPS never received the cover! It still shows as pending. I've attempted to reach them via email, and customer service said they were looking into it, but then I got no further response. Avoid this company if you value your money.

The product is nice, but the fit for the magnets is poor. Customer support claims it's not designed for parked vehicles, only for those moving. This excuse doesn’t hold up when the cover blows off due to crosswinds while parked, likely due to improperly placed magnets. Don't spend over $300 unless you’re sure the magnets align with your model's corners. You have 30 days to return it with many restrictions that are nearly impossible to meet.
This company is a disaster. Do not purchase from them. I ordered a product with a custom design in April 2025 for my vehicle, and it doesn't fit. The order arrived in September without the design I requested. They took weeks to reimburse me after not notifying me of the missing design. I returned the product at the end of September, and three weeks later, I've still not received my refund. This American company is absolutely terrible. There's no way to leave a review on their main site, so it's unclear where these reviews are coming from.
The item I received was not as advertised! The listing indicated that all magnets would secure the cover to the windshield, but what I got included Velcro, which was not mentioned anywhere. They even criticized Velcro in their videos. Consumers should have the choice to use Velcro or magnets. I received a call saying they were updating their website, but three weeks later, nothing has changed. I decided not to keep the item and was met with snarky remarks when I requested a return. I'm struggling to get my return processed and have contested the charges with my bank. A hassle-free return it is not.
