Disappointing experience with the rental service

We rented a vehicle and noticed damage upon pickup, which we reported via email. After returning the car, we were charged for pre-existing damage. Contacting customer service has been a nightmare; they don't respond to emails, and calls often end with them hanging up. Two months later, we received an email stating our complaint was sent to the wrong address. Following their instructions yielded no results. They charged us and refuse further communication, prompting us to consider taking further action.

Outstanding car rental experience

Outstanding car rental experience and an excellent vehicle. A minor note is that some marks were already on the car, but they were only documented upon return. Nonetheless, their service is exceptional, prompt, and customer-oriented. I believe full insurance is essential.

Frustrating experience with the rental

I had a frustrating experience identical to another negative reviewer. The vehicle rented had significant mileage, numerous scratches, and dents. I documented existing damages with photos, but should have taken a video as it would have needed many pictures to fully capture the state. Upon return, I was informed about a scratch on the underside of the bumper. Lacking evidence, I felt powerless as they had my deposit and charged me for damages I didn't cause. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I've rented many cars over the years and never faced anything like this. I strongly recommend renting from a reputable company instead.

Smooth and efficient rental experience

The rental experience was smooth and efficient; we even received an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost. It's advisable to read the terms and conditions beforehand to ensure you're prepared at the counter. The return process was quick and efficient, though the drop-off location was a bit challenging to locate due to lack of signage.

Highly recommend for great customer service

We hired a seven-seater vehicle at the airport directly, and the price was reasonable compared to other companies. A significant advantage was the zero excess and low deposit. Although our car was vandalized, the staff were incredibly helpful and replaced it with a nine-seater at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this service.
