Very professional service, insurance company put me through to them whilst I waited on the telephone. An appointment was scheduled and paid my excess once I received a text message. Lewis, my technician at the Nottingham service centre called on the day to let me know that an earlier slot had became available. He was very polite and professional. Wasn’t waiting long before he was finished. Very happy with the outcome.
When I took my vehicle in for a windscreen replacement the technician not only chipped my panoramic roof but also tried to hide it and did not communicate the damage had been done as well as adding multiple deep scratches around the windscreen to both A pillars. I also received the vehicle back with bits of sealant from the old windscreen all over the dash and clearly no effort was made to clean this. After returning due to the camera calibration not working I met with the manager who agreed to replace the panoramic roof at no cost to me but this did mean a 3rd trip back and another day without the car. Issues resolved but the fact it was originally attempted to be hidden looses all trust with this company and poor workmanship creating the damage in the first place.
Very friendly knew who technician was before arriving, explained fully what needed doing left with a nice new clean screen and loads of advice and fully explained the warranty that comes with a new screen
Went in for a window replacement, left my car with them for the hour they said it would be. Came back to find windscreen replace, but I have a DAB radion with screen antenna, which they cut my screen antenna wire, didn't ring me to ask if it was ok to do so. Always ask DON'T PRESUME that it's ok to do so.
Brilliant job on my rear windscreen, the fitter was quick, thorough and very polite. He made sure all the broken glass in the boot was removed and was fortunate enough to get the windscreen installed between showers. All in all a thoroughly professional installation and a great engineer as an ambassador for the company.

Excellent service, there was an issue with body work around the screen which I had to go away and sort, not their fault but they were happy to advise and rebook to fit screen.
Read lots of positive reviews for auto windscreens. My issue is specifically with the Salford branch. Had my drivers side glass replaced after my car was broken into. Was sent to the by One Call Insurance. (separate review pending) As I was driving away I noticed damage to the inside door panel. I turned round and went back. The fitter said it was already there but I knew it wasn’t. I asked to see the pre and post inspection videos on the iPad. At no point in the pre inspection did the fitter mention any damage. On the post inspection, he points out the damage and actually says, ‘nothing I’ve done.’ I complained to auto windscreens who did their investigation and said the damage was already there. Basically dismissed my claim. Mischa was especially rude and needs customer service training. I then went to One Call who did the same. This became a matter of principle to me. I went through the ombudsman who agreed that the damage had been done by the technician. This ordeal lasted 10 months. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from supposedly reputable companies. If I can stop one person from using this company or at least think twice.
My windscreen was fixed thats as much as I know as the other half took the car in to be done, but what I can say is reported that the team that carried out the works were very efficient, polite and professional, thanks guys for the service 👍🏼👍🏼
