I bought my watch back in July with a special discount and received it earlier than anticipated. A few months later, I encountered some issues with the watch. I reached out to the company and was assisted by a representative named Max. Despite some challenges with returning my watch, Max ensured I received a replacement. I also faced difficulties connecting the watch to the app, but after several tries, I succeeded! Most importantly, Max was there throughout the entire process, providing encouragement and support.
