I bought the FITVII watch mainly for the blood pressure monitoring feature, and it has been nothing but a huge disappointment. The readings are wildly inaccurate and inconsistent. I compared it with a proper medical-grade blood pressure monitor, and the results were nowhere close — sometimes off by 20–30 points. That’s not just a small error, it’s dangerous if someone relies on it for health decisions.The company markets this as if it’s reliable, but it’s absolutely not. It feels more like a toy than a serious health device. Step count and heart rate might be “okay-ish,” but the blood pressure readings are a complete joke.Save your money. If you actually care about tracking your health, especially blood pressure, buy a trusted medical device. This watch is misleading, inaccurate, and in my opinion, irresponsible for a brand to sell as a health tool.

FITVII GT5 Promax

I bought GT5 Promax. Within one week I am realizing that readings are false/prefeeded into it. I had compared the readings specially BP ones with Samsung Galaxy Watch and Digital cuff based Bp machine both of which show more than 20 Units difference. For Glucose and other ones like Serum Uric acid, I found the readings even when watch was not on my wrist like sleeping and bathing times. Disappointed with claims by the company

ANYONE who has Trouble with this company, GO TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPNAY for resolution. Go right away , this company will drag it out past the 30 day refund and never pay you . GO TO YOUR CREDIT CARD , don't hesitate for one second. They will never refund money on their own. REVISE---- Read the reply from the company.... They said they would refund. When I contacted the company they started playing games again and refused my refund. DONT Believe a word they say. 3 times they promised a refund and Failed every time to do so, all 3 times with a new excuse every time. I turned it over to Capitol One to TAKE my money back from this company. They say miscommunication but that is Another lie. I am going to Post videos on the product and I will post some of the Lies in their emails. They offer returns on the ad, they Just DONT HONOR it. They are Stealing our Money and Laughing in Our Faces doing it. I suggest everyone uses their credit card company to resolve the out and out abuse. They are Hiding by being in China and it makes it harder to fight back but Credit Card Companies get your money back and Fast... Speak out on this company through Reviews, Stop them from Abusing US based Customers. I paid for Expedited Shipping and they sent it USPS mail$4.20, which is offered for free shipping but didnt happen, they take your shipping money and laugh, look out for my videos in my next revision. Oh, bye the way,, STILL NO REFUND after promises. LOL What a Circus they are.STAY AWAY. The watch doesn't do One thing that it says. It cant even count steps correctly. The customer service is lies. They promised a refund if I took my review down, THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. as soon as I took it down they went back to no refund policy for any reason. I will post videos and emails later today. Dont waste time or money. The customer service Sucks and is nothing but trouble and more lies. I took it to my credit card company to resolve. DISHONEST COMPANY. All lies

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I ordered a watch and tried to cancel it one hour after ordering it after reading terrible reviews. The company responded and tried to influence me to not cancel. When I refused, they would not respond and would not refund the money they received from my PayPal account. After two weeks of requests for a refund, PayPay refunded my money and flagged this company as fraudulent. I believe the positive reviews should not be trusted…read the negative ones. They all indicate problems with this company.

PurchasedFitvii® GT5Pro Max smartwatch. Excpectaions were high, especially when Fitvii promise accuarte blood pressure and blood glycose measureing. Unfortunately blood pressure measuring and readings are absolutely false, they seems to be almost constant/also calculated, the deviation from Omron measured blood pressure readings is more than 20 units! Also blood glycose readings seems to be as calculated not actually measured by sensors. So Fitvii dos not not deliver what they promised! Disappointed!

Great watch

Love this watch. It’s easy to use, accurate with activity. Love the data I get about steps, sleep, exercise, etc. I also love that it syncs with other apps. Much better for me than the Apple Watch!

Awesome features

I use all Apple products, but my dad has a Samsung phone, so I wanted to find something that fit his ecosystem(Fitvii GT5 PRO MAX). So far, he loves it! It has so many great features. Honestly, it might even be better than my Apple Watch
