Customer service is terrible. I ordered a GT5 watch with a metal band, which had a price premium. The watch arrived with a plastic band in an ugly color. Trying to reach their customer service to get an another watchband or return the watch has gone unanswered. The watch seems to function as advertised but I'm not sure if I will keep it.2 days after posting the review above, Fitviii customer service contacted me with the following email:Dear customer,We are very sorry that we sent you the wrong strap due to a mistake by our delivery staff. We will resend you a silver metal strap for free. In addition, if you can change the bad review to a good one on the following platforms, I will give you an extra gold metal strap.Review content:Good customer serviceI ordered a GT5 watch with a metal strap at a good price. The watch arrived with an ugly colored plastic strap. I tried to contact their customer service to change the strap or return the watch, and they eventually got back to me and offered to resend the correct strap. The watch seems to work as advertised.I responded that I would change the review when I received the replacement watch band. Today, I received the following:Dear customer,Thank you very much for contacting me and sorry for the late reply due to busy schedule.I hope to arrange a replacement strap for you as soon as possible, but as your review has not been revised, the superior has not approved the replacement of the metal strap. Can you please revise your review as soon as possible so that I can reissue two metal straps as soon as possible. We will notify you immediately once they are shipped. It's pretty clear that the only thing this company is interested in is good reviews and will try push customers into providing them. I'm changing the review from 2 stars to 1.
I trusted the reviews here and feel scammed by the company after using it for a week where i faced multiple issues with their newest ECG monitor and BP monitor watch. the BP monitor is NOT medical grade and the readings vary DRASTICALLY compared to any medical grade BP monitor available in the market. for people who actively seek to measure their BP daily for medical purpose, this was an absolute failure. also the readings are very off even for the body temperature as well, not sure how accurate ECG monitor is either unfortunately. overall otherwise, the build of the watch is fairly bulky and seems not very comfortable while the dial is almost an inch thick and feels very off wearing it. the customer service is terrible and unreliable - i emailed them constantly across the support websites available and did not get their response on time but rather after 2 weeks. additionally, their return policy is also a lie since they reject return request based on the experiences above and rather tried to upsell me through giving a discount on their another product. i felt scammed as their official website mentions 30 day return policy based on the customer experience and issues with the watch that they DO NOT HONOR- massive red flag i do not recommend as overall the experience have been awful and disappointment full of lies in their marketing as well. SKIP!!
My first V19 was a gift from a friend. I was so impressed with the many functions in such as small device and that I was able to use it for about 3 years before it finally gave up the ghost. I went to the fitvii website and notice there was a V19 Pro that was a little bigger for easier reading. It worked even better. The application with my iPhone works great. I have never had a problem. This is truly the greatest value for one's money if you are interested in your blood pressure, daily steps, EKG (the cost of non-wearable home EKG's used to be over $200), sleep quality and message signaling. $80 bucks for all this? Fantanstic!
- Non-accurate reading (even the wooden chair leg’s pressure is 120/80). This is dangerous for a patient with high BP and can be life-threatening- It’s a toy watch with the wrong reading.- Customer service staff are rude and not professional. CSRs give health advice without any degree or qualification which is offensive. Takes ages to reply the emails.- Never got the right wrist belt after requesting for so many times.- Didn’t get a full refund instead got replacement toy watch.- Bribed to write the fake issue to trap the innocent buyers
I am so disappointed. My watch was ordered on the 20th November and eventually arrived on the 27th January. They had given me the wrong tracking number, and provided no help whatsoever with trying to trace the package. The watch is great; but IT IS NOT WATERPROOF. Even though it says on the back of the watch "up to 50m" it is not waterproof. I emailed customer service just to check and they said yes, the manual says IP67 but it is actually IP68.Literally 3 days after it's arrival my husband then wore it while swimming. Needless to say, it is now a piece of junk. No reviving it.In an email sent to me they actually say "The IP68 waterproof function is exaggerated on the website and we cannot guarantee that it can be worn swimming". This was after emailing me saying that yes, it is IP68 and there shouldn't be any problems. They offered me a replacement watch if I took my bad review down on Trustpilot, so I accepted. That was 8 days ago. I have heard no reply from them since.I hate that I have wasted so much time on this. Their customer service is non existent. Days pass while waiting to receive a reply from them. I have now officially given up. And my bad review here on Trustpilot has now been put back up.
