Review Time
Its been 2 months since I returned the watch and still have not received my $140.00. What kind of company is this. I left a review and they are telling me to remove it before I can get a refund after you said you would refund me with-in 3 to 5 days! So here have another 1 star review team! Its not about the money now...I don't need it back. I'm going to post everywhere I can to let people know my experience and you've been reported to the BBB. You've had plenty of time to give me a refund. All your emails are lies, Your email/message should say we just refunded your money. You should see it in 3 to 5 days...all you have to do is give my money back, that's the only way this works.
I am very impressed with this watch. It is for my 90 year old mother, but it is easy for her to use. I did contact Judy for assistance and she was a great help. It has a great menu with a list of options. A fantastic value. I will say, it comes from overseas so it takes about 3 weeks to receive it. It’s worth it though.
Hi, I did have some questions about the delivery and emailed with Judy and she was very helpful and helped a lot. I think you need to be more clear about where you can pickup the parcel, it was not mentioned anywhere that my parcel was at my local post office….
Order made on middle of september 2024, but until now receive nothing. Fitvii only provide tracking number that wont respond or update. I wonder why how they able to obtain so high positive rating. What an extraordinary company this is! A year ago I purchased one of their GT5 watches and absolutely fell in love with it. Then when the GT5 Pro Max was announced I had to have it. Judy at their customer support department was most helpful and considerate in making sure I received it on time. This watch is incredible. Everything I could imagine is on it. Well done!! The only thing I would like to see is additional forms of aerobic exercise other than just jogging in the H Band app that is used with it on the iPhone. Is that coming?
