Review Time
I bought the GL5 on October 21st and have yet to see any progress on the shipping of my watch. This was through Shopify and its website shows no moving the shipping status. It does show the purchase but that’s it. The Contact email provided on the Fitvii website errors out. The link to the Fitvii website on the order page also never loads. I am very worried that my purchase is in a deep hole.
I purchased this watch mostly to monitor my blood glucose. The reading for blood pressure and blood glucose are way off. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months and an getting nowhere. They have my watch (I returned it) but I keep getting the run around when I ask where my refund is. AWFUL customer serviceUPDATE! The watch is under my wife Mary's name. She has contacted fitviisns through email numerous times but still no refund!!
IMPORTANT: If you really need a refund, write a negative review here. They will offer you a full refund. Once you receive a full refund, you can return a bad review and file a complaint with the FTC. I personally will get money back through my credit card. I purchased gt5Pro. After using it for 1 week, I can tell that it is a scam. Blood glucose is fake. It does not correlate with a device that uses blood to measure blood glucose. The pattern has zero correlation with food consumption. Most likely, they make a pattern line and only add noise (random fluctuations around). The charts are absolutely independent of food. For example, I didn't have breakfast, but the glucose peak is at the same time as on a regular day. I didn't have lunch, but the same size peak is at the same time. I gave my device to a friend - the glucose pattern and level didn't change. The blood pressure - after testing for a week, I gave watches to a friend with very high blood pressure. His pressure after taking medications is around 140x100. The watches show 113x79. He didn't have this pressure for years. Additionally, the pressure pattern remained unchanged for my friend and me. UPDATES: The claim that the FDA cleared this device is false. The FDA has already received a report that Fitbit is falsely advertising. I will file another one shortly. If you are dissatisfied and find that it is false advertising, please file the same with the FDA.They have a high score because the company is using an illegal practice by suggesting a full refund for removing the review. If you got such an offer, you can file the claim with the FTC.It's a scam, but you can get your money back by writing a negative review here.
Ordered 6/2, tracking shows arrival in US the next day. 8/27...still hasn't arrived, I keep getting the runaround from customer service, excuses and broken promises. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!UPDATE 8/28: they reached out quick, made another promise, I'm giving them the doubt of the benefit at this point, will believe it (and update accordingly) if this promise is actually kept...which I doubt it will be after what's already transpired...
False advertisement: No 24/7 support - not even close. When they finally do respond, the just want to waste more time if you mention the 30-day refund. We purchased 2 PulseMax & 1 Care Air 2 in the same week and the lack of support from FitVII is ridiculous.In order to qualify for refund, you cannot not have used (evaluated) the watch at all - read the terms carefully if you can get through all the noise on their website.Refund process involves sending a video of prepared return shipment before getting a return address label and/or RMA, even for a defective item.PulseMax watch can be searched for as "F300 watch" and the Care Air 2 can be searched as the "S11 watch" as these are generic watches by different manufactures that are available through a number of sources.----- 08/14 Response to FitVII Trustpilot Reply -----You reply faster to Trustpilot reviews than you do to the support / refund requests. I'm still waiting for the refund or any communication from your team about the refund.3 Days after FitVII's Trustpilot reply, I still have not received any response about the defective watch or anything about return. Their reply is phony. Search for my YouTube video review for the proof.----- 08/25 Follow Up -----FitVII finally responded and on 08/18, FitVII offered a replacement or full refund with the following in their response: "If possible, we kindly ask that you consider removing the review you posted, as it can help us expedite the refund process and resolve your case even faster." Wasting more time, FitVII continued to ask that I provide order numbers THAT I HAD ALREADY PROVIDED THEM. I responded on 08/20 AM requesting a refund and, again, provided the orders numbers, expecting the return label they promised. It is now the evening of 08/25 and I have not heard anything back.----- 09/12 Follow Up -----Still no refund. Seller responds via email: "If you're willing to consider modifying or removing your review, it could help us speed up the review and refund process significantly".
Sadly my charger broke and my watch stopped working, I reached out to team for assistance. The replies were quick and helpful. I am very grateful for the high level of customer support I was provided and happy with my watch! Thank you so much team x
