Fantastic company.Had a Sony Bravia television delivered today and paid for the installation.The guy who installed it was courteous considerate and nothing was too much trouble.Later that day I could not get into the Prime Video app, and I rang the shop and the same guy came round and sorted it for me.What a service!!!!
It was refreshing to have a face to face conversation.I purchased an integrated fridge freezer a washing machine,oven and hob.I found the staff were knowledgeable about their products and this helped me in my purchase decision.My goods were delivered when they said they would be.The fitting was professional,I can not fault this company at all,I wanted to shop local and would highly recommended.
Trust Pilot needs to add an extra star just for you because actually cannot rate you highly enough! Once again, Five(six)star Services delivered. We had a broken dryer button and a whining washer at one of our house shares..... We now have a working dryer and a brand new washer and I didn't even have to lift a finger.The takeaway and install is tricky at this house but the team got this done easy peasy lemon squeeze and our housemates are rocking and rolling with their laundry in no time. There is no way that we'd get this service from the bigger boy online, with their ridiculous time slots, delivery charges and insistence on 'someone being at the house'. We get that, but it doesn't work for our business. Fivestar Services does and that why we are back again and again and again! Thank you Ian, Edith and the team. We, at Lancashire Hill, love you.
