I seriously love these glasses — and I didn’t expect to end up this impressed.
The VITURE glasses feel like you’re carrying a giant private OLED theater in your pocket. The screen looks HUGE, crisp, and insanely vibrant. Watching movies or gaming on them feels futuristic, like something straight out of sci-fi. It’s honestly wild how immersive they are once you put them on.
Now, to be completely honest — my first pair wasn’t perfect. The arms cracked over time since they were plastic, which was frustrating at first. For a premium device, you obviously want everything to feel rock solid.
But here’s where VITURE absolutely blew me away…
Their customer service is next level.
Not the usual copy-paste, “we’ll get back to you” kind of support. Real people. Fast responses. Super respectful. They actually cared about my experience and treated me like I mattered. No hoops, no arguing, no hassle.
And then they went above and beyond — they upgraded me to the Luma Ultra line to make sure I had a better, stronger pair.
That’s the kind of thing companies don’t have to do… but they did anyway.
Any company can sell cool tech. Very few stand behind their customers like this.
So yeah — the product is awesome, but the support is what made me a fan for life. Mistakes happen. How a company handles them is what counts, and VITURE absolutely crushed it.
I’d 100% buy from them again and recommend them without hesitation.
VITURE Luma Ultra: User Feedback After Nearly One Month of UseBased on almost a month of experience, I have noticed several clear improvements and some significant drawbacks in the VITURE Luma Ultra compared to its previous generation.Strengths (Improvements over the previous model):Larger Screen: The virtual screen size is noticeably bigger.Enhanced Clarity: The image sharpness and overall clarity have improved significantly.Better Audio Quality: The sound quality is remarkably good (making external earphones often unnecessary).Improved Adjustability: The ability to adjust the fit of the glasses itself is a good upgrade.Areas for Improvement (Drawbacks/Issues):Material Quality: The choice of material (soft plastic) makes the glasses feel less premium, which detracts from the overall value of the device.Screen Visibility Issue (The Critical Flaw):The advertised 152-inch screen size is too large; the entire image cannot be viewed in full even after changing nose pads or adjusting the screen distance through software settings.VITURE needs to address this issue urgently, potentially through a software patch to optimize the field of view or reduce the effective screen size visible to the user.3DoF to 6DoF Transition: The upgrade from 3DoF to 6DoF functionality does not appear to offer a significant improvement in user experience (though this may be due to my limited usage or understanding).Cable Incompatibility: The glasses fail to recognize themselves (disconnect) when an extension cable is used. I purchased a genuine 50 cm extension cable directly from VITURE, but it does not work.In conclusion: While the Luma Ultra shows some improvements over the Viture Pro, the difference is not substantial across the board. The core viewing experience is hindered by the screen visibility issue, which is a major concern.
I love using my new Luma Ultra for watching sports and movies using Spacwalker on IOS. The picture is so bright and clear I don't know of too many TVs that can produce a similar experience. Maybe even none. I'm not much of a gamer but I can imagine having a very similar experience. I can say I am getting into gaming, albeit very slowly because of the Viture XR glasses. One con, however, is not being able to use pinning and 3D on IOS but those will be taken care of by a firmware update someday soon.Though I haven't tried it yet 3D and 6DoF is available using the Neckband Pro right now.I can't wait to see what Viture has in store for the Luma series in the coming weeks and years. Out of all the choices for VR glasses now available and in development I believe Viture has the most innovation and motivation to make their glasses the best for all applications.
