I had a great experience with Shopjoga. Even though there was a small issue with the quality of the socks I received, the team handled it professionally and sent a replacement right away. It's rare to find such helpful and constructive support these days.Can't wait to get the replacement socks! My kid was a big fan of them. It was really easy to place my order. The shipping is also really quick, and the quality of the product is outstanding. I have previously ordered the shin pads sleeves and they have transformed my game to another level.
Would give zero stars if possible. Several emails sent trying to exchange shin pads that were too small despite ordering the correct size. Unable to exchange for anything on the website other than the same size or smaller. Final email from JOGA advised they would allow me to exchange them for a larger size but only if I gave them a positive review on trust pilot and also send them screen shot to prove I had done this 😡.
I was unaware that the hard shin pads and sleeves I ordered were mismatched. I relied on my sons' advice to get the hard shin pads and sleeves. What I didn’t realize was that there are hard shin pads designed for pocket sleeves and sleeves with built-in protection. Consequently, I ended up ordering hard shin pads that were unnecessary since the sleeves already provided protection. I should have chosen either the protective shin pads or the hard ones with pocket sleeves. Nonetheless, I acknowledge that this was entirely my oversight, and I must commend the customer service for their excellent assistance in resolving the issue.
The bundle of 3 socks and 2 sleeves held up remarkably well during a month filled with consecutive games and showed no signs of wear. The breathability is excellent, and there was no shifting at all. Definitely worth the investment.
