My watch was fully serviced and looks brand new! I was very pleased with the result. They deserve a 5-star rating, but since their website suggested 'no waiting for months,' I ended up waiting nearly 3 months without any notification until I inquired. A heads-up about delays would have been appreciated. The courier and packaging were excellent!
I had a disappointing experience with this service. I used their online tool for my mechanical chronograph and received a quote of £925, which was later promoted down to £495—red flags should have gone up. The courier service was efficient, but days later, I got an estimate of £940, claiming I hadn't mentioned it was a vintage model. I requested the return of the watch and had to pay £15 for shipping. It was returned without the case I provided. Their online system lacks an option for vintage watches, which I confirmed by trying the process again.
I just received my beloved watch back. I've missed it on my wrist! It looks incredible, the polish is superb, and all the microscratches are gone! I will definitely return for the next service. Special thanks to the representative who patiently answered all my questions.
I was really impressed with the service. I sent my watch for a service and battery change. Despite being 27 years old, it was well-cared for, but the bracelet was dull. It returned looking like new, far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely recommend them and use their service in the future.
