I am Naval Veterans, staying at Jabalpur (MP), got trapped by the Mgr Vaibhav awasthi & their team ( from Bhopal & Indore) at Jabalpur,I have faced a false promises & they took 74000.00 & promised to first you experience the free visit of CM resorts at anywhere in India, then only continue & if you don't like then this amount will be refund. They don't give any written hard copy. On asking the same they say it will come on your mail.
When I keep asking my trip they just keep on promising & many times they don't pick up the phone.
Then at last, I written to the customer care for cancellation of it, they also just kill the time by telling they are looking into it.
Finally, one day they sent the mail stating that 15 days are over now no refund. Also my amount is less than 60% ( which is very funny response).
Now I am going to lodge the complaint against all these guys for the false promises & cheating the senior citizen Naval veterans. I decided not to leave them at any cost.
I also request others, please don't be quit ,just raise the voice against these guys, so that at least others don't suffer & they are punished.
Please forward me the others cases also so that our case become the strong.
Thanks & regards.

Hi Club Mahindra Team,
It is with great disappointment that I am writing this letter to you. Being a Club Mahindra paid member, I booked my holidays in Gangtok, Sikkim, well in advance, rather the day when the booking open for the said date. I have been planning this family vacation from quite some time and was eyeing for the booking window to open and that is how I did the booking.
Subsequently, I did the booking in 03 resorts of Club Mahindra on different dates on our vacation. Once, the booking was confirmed, I proceeded for Flight booking and other planning. Flight booking is exactly aligning with the resort/hotel booking.
The issue occurred when I got below communication from Mr. Suresh about cancelling the booking in one of the resort citing a reason, which is completely Club Mahindra’s purview.
Still, I tried to absorb the new changes and tried the modified booking but since I got this information for change a day back, now we have 02 problems: Rooms are not available for entire period and the points to book the resort is too high.
In both the ways the loss is just mine.
Apparently, Club Mahindra has completely turned their hands down, now the problem is only mine. Club Mahindra is conveniently not taking any responsibility for this, even after the problem is from your side not mine.
I have the confirmed flight ticket amounting to almost INR 88k, changing or cancelling will cost me a fortune now. If I go there, I do not have a clue where do I stay with my family for the days when rooms are not available.
More so, the point which I had saved, in 1.5 years, for this vacation and another one possibly, is not enough even for this vacation. I am being told that I have to buy more points to book resort for same time and same resort. Again the loss is mine as I have to pay extra money for additional points.
This is unprofessionalism at it highest, and not only a bad customer experience but also incurring a financial loss to customer around 1 lacs, just because Club Mahindra is at fault.

my dad has had the club mahindra membership for over 2 decades now, and its been an amazing run. got to travel the entire country since i as a kid becuase every year we'd pack our bags and head out. my first memory is of munnar, trekking in the forests as a little girl. then in the snowy peaks of dharamshala, i rememeber us cousins fighting over the 'baker's basket' which had so many types of delicious breads - these are fond memories i keep close to my heart. henever we travelled ith my grandparents too, the staff were very attentive and gave extra care for them, whether it was making mobility easy for them or accomodating meal plans. the happy hub was the arena where my brother and i learnt foosball and air hockey and bonded as siblings over playtime. recently my friend told me that i had made a sand art farewell card for her in club mahindra virajpet and she still had it after over 10 years! this is how this club mahindra, after all these years, remain a part of our lives. there are still so many properties i havent been to. binsar, arookutty, assonora, kandaghat... hope to make it there on my own membersip someday! cheers.
My experience with Club Mahindra has been very disappointing, mainly due to their high ASF (Annual Subscription Fee), unreasonable late fees, and poor booking availability. The biggest issue is timely booking. Despite paying such high fees, getting bookings during preferred dates or school holidays is nearly impossible. Most of the time, resorts show “no availability,” which completely defeats the purpose of buying a vacation membership. What’s the use of paying so much if you can’t travel when you actually want to?

It's very difficult to book a holiday with club mahindra as the resorts are never available when you want to book. Moreover you have to book in blocks of the days. You cannot book for one or two nights. They hide this fact when they sell you membership. They charge exorbitantly for food at the resort. The food menu is heavily Gujarati and it's suited to cater to Gujarati patrons. I am not at all happ put with my club mahindra membership
I never imagined I’d have to write something like this.We had been looking forward to a family holiday with Club Mahindra—time to rest, reconnect, and simply be together. Unfortunately, life had other plans. Just before our check-in, my wife fell suddenly and seriously ill, making it impossible for us to travel. Health, as we all know, is never a choice. We informed Club Mahindra before check-in, shared medical details, and cancelled in good faith. The booking was later allotted to another member, which meant the resort did not suffer any loss.Yet, despite this, our hard-earned holiday entitlement was deducted. The explanation given was “recent management or policy changes”—policies that were never communicated when we became members, and certainly not something a family expects to face during a medical emergency. What hurt the most wasn’t just the loss of holidays. It was the feeling of being treated as a number, not a human being.Timeshare memberships are built on trust, long-term relationships, and the promise of care. Penalizing a member for falling ill—while reselling the same booking—feels deeply unfair and devoid of empathy.I have escalated this matter to the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, in the hope that no other family has to go through this during an already stressful time.Membership ID: 389656validity : 01/07/17-30/06/42Tagging leadership with the hope that compassion and fairness still guide decision-making: Sometimes, doing the right thing matters more than policy. I sincerely hope this is one such moment.
Very bad customer support from Club Mahindra. The Club Mahindra team called me multiple times encouraging me to book a holiday. I finally booked Coorg on October 29th for the dates December 13th to 16th. Later, my wife informed me that our kids have exams during that time, so I called to cancel the booking. To my surprise, they said a 45-day cancellation policy applies and that 40% of the amount would be charged. This is extremely disappointing. I no longer trust Club Mahindra and do not recommend them to anyone.
Extremely disappointed with Club Mahindra.I was able to book one confirmed night and one waitlisted night using the points available in my account. I even called customer service to reconfirm, and they advised me to wait until 30th October or keep checking for availability on the app.I kept monitoring the app as suggested, and one morning I saw that rooms had opened up. However, my booking wouldn’t get confirmed. I decided to cancel and rebook, only to find that my points were not credited back after cancellation — leaving me unable to book the available rooms. When I called again, I was told that I “didn’t have enough points” and that it was a system glitch. This is completely unacceptable — especially since I had called earlier and received confirmation from their team to wait. I have proof of both the conversation and my actions, which clearly show that the error was on Club Mahindra’s side, not mine. What’s worse, a similar issue occurred last December, and I was assured then that it wouldn’t happen again. Yet here we are — facing the same frustrating situation.I am beyond disappointed with this level of service and repeated technical failures. I sincerely urge others to think twice before investing in this kind of membership. What should have been a relaxing holiday experience has turned into unnecessary stress and disappointment.#ClubMahindra #CustomerExperience #SystemGlitch #HolidayDisappointment
