Scam - didn't get my order. Ordered on the 7th Feb and promised for valentines day, like with many of the other 1 star reviews here it's early March and nothing has been shipped. Customer Support had the usual spiel about custom made, in production, blah blah.

I placed an order for a custom pair of underwear on February 10th and have had an extremely disappointing experience.

I sent multiple emails asking for updates and received absolutely no response. My order has still not been shipped, and in my last email I requested a cancellation and a full refund. Once again, no reply.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company just to get a response. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people not to buy from Flawluxe.

Never got an email confirmation or tracking number. 3 weeks passed by, and then I got an email from them telling me that shipping got delayed and they will be shipped out in the next 10-15 days. I waited patiently hoping the order will arrive. On 1/10/26, I finally got my orders. Again, no confirmation and no tracking number whatsoever. Will not recommend buying from this scam company. All the positive reviews here are bots.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

To start, it took at least a month to receive my order. I bought 7 EXTRA SMALL customizable thongs, and upon opening the package, each thong was individually wrapped with "XS" labels. However, there were no size tags on the thongs themselves, except for one that was mistakenly left on, indicating a size medium. Comparing it to another thong, it was clear that at least two are medium, while I suspect the other five are small, as they fit loosely on me, but I can't confirm this due to the missing tags. I've tried reaching out via email, as that's the only contact method available, but my messages have gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this service to anyone!

I never even received my product! If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I placed my order Dec. 11th thinking surely that’s enough time to process and ship an order out in time for Christmas. My order still hasn’t shipped out as of Dec. 26th. I reached out to a customer service email (they have no phone number) and received an auto message saying someone would contact you within two days. This is super unprofessional! I did my research afterwards and realized they are not apart of the BBB. So save your time and money on their products! It isn’t worth the headache!

I placed my order on November 30th and reached out to the support team a few days later because the shipment hadn't begun. Their response indicated it would take 7-14 days. I have been patient, but as I write this, there is still no shipment. I am now canceling my order and caution others... this seems untrustworthy!
