called flight center .spoke to someone called mary , about going to the Gambia, she said there are not many flights to the gambia , and what she found would involve 3-4 flight changes ,she said brussels airline dont fly there which is not true . so the call was a waste of time , any other callers to the flight center please dont take what the agents as 100% truthful.i found another agent who told me Vueling fly there via barcelona . please bare my poor experience in mind and becareful other callers .
We have used Flight Centre Chelmsford on 2 previous occasions since 2017 and on each occasion the member of staff concerned (this time it was Hope) has been extremely helpful. She was prepared to explore and then offer us a selection of different routes to Auckland. The service provided by them was first class. Having used Flight Centre St Luke’s in Auckland back in 2020 th get us home following lockdown this level of service is a common standard globally.
Sam could not have been more helpful, or understanding and flexible with my varying requests - including specific aircraft and narrow range of preferred arrival times. Sam turned each new request around quickly, and provided key additional information to ensure my decision was based on comprehensive information. Thank you Sam! Rachel was FANTASTIC !!!! She helped organise everything from flights, hotels and car hire. When it all went wrong an we had to cancel our first trip due to visas she worked tirelessly to get refunds / exchanges so we could have a wonderful holiday to celebrate a special birthday.
