Exceptional!We booked a trip last year with Flight Centre and recommended the company to our friends.Their trip was going to plan until they arrived at Cairns Airport Europecar hire desk without an essential document for car hire (oops) it seemed most unlikely the car would be released for them! Car hire companies have very strict procedures!We received an sos type call to see if we could help from here in the uk. (Bank Holiday Monday at 11.30 am)I called Flight Centres emergency number and was transferred to the original booking agent Harry who sourced the booking and dealt with the issue with courtesy and integrity!Harry called the car hire company at the airport in Cairns and with much perseverance and determination our friends received a positive outcome and the car was released - the process took 1.5 hours.Phew!
I booked a multi country trip to the far east and Australia, I booked transfers for most of the destinations, , Jamie Bawn my travel advisor was so patient with me when I changed dates of my destinations, al in all I was delighted with the cost and most impressively Jamie Bawns assistance.
I contacted Marie-laure Diehl from the Richmond office a few times whilst being away on a long travelling trip and she was very helpful and efficient with obtaining quotes for me at different stages.She organised our return flight home and found us a really good deal that we couldn’t beat. We would definitely contact her again for future trips and highly recommend!
We were recommended to use Flight centre to organise a holiday of a lifetime to Australia / New Zealand. John May is a Senior Travel Manager who has looked after us all the way, planning our trip with his wide knowledge and experience, this has been a fantastic asset. We have now finalised and and booked an amazing itinerary. The time and effort he has given to us has been superb , as well as his patience with my wife and I wanting to tweak various parts of the itinerary. The service and support he has given has been exemplary.
