Fabulous five centre trip to Vietnam: Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Hue & Ho Chi Minh City. Big thanks to Frankie Edwards at the Horsham Branch who put it all together for us. Flights, Hotels, Transfers and trips all sorted out for us and great value for money. Cities, Beaches, Tombs, Pagoda's & River cruises. Hotels were superb and sited close to everywhere you would want to visit. Many, many highlights but the 26th floor corner room of the Melia Vinpearl hotel in Hue with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Citadel and perfume river has to be one of the best. The Halong Bay overnight cruise and sitting on a small stool while the Train passes by 2ft away from you in Hanoi Train street are also not to be missed. Oh and the beaches. Fabulous. Finally, impossible to leave a review without a mention of the scooters! The guides advice: 'just walk out and they will flow round you!' The people are lovely and the prices unbelievable.Fantastic place and we will be going back.
We went to Flight Centre in Kingston as we were struggling to find the right flights and connections online for our trip to Brisbane in early May. We were very ably assisted with this by Catrina Johnson who quickly organised our flights as well as a visa which my husband needed. She was extremely friendly and helpful and we would certainly go to her for help with future trips.
Hollyanne was so helpful and I got a good deal, she also told me different ways i could book my flight to get the best price. Hollyanne also kept in touch regularly and ensured that i was all set to go and supplied me with any relevant information i needed.

I called Flight Centre in December to book flights to SA for March. Catrina Johnson helped me to get the best deals. She replied to emails even on her days when she wasn’t working. She offered great advice when my flight was delayed and also checked on me the following day and on my return to the UK. She really took the stress away during booking and the flight itself and she really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly.
