If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a ticket from them and then airline cancelled my trip. So since I purchased ticket from them I had to request a refund from Flightnest. They told me I had a credit of $460 from an email they sent me. I just went back to them to purchase another fight and they said they didn’t recognize my credit even though I had an email from them. Please see other reviews before you do any business with Flightnest
HOW DO I MARK MINUS STARS?This website is a SCAM!! Their price was 15% lower than other sites. BUT after putting in my credit card, I noticed that the reservation was "in process" rather than 'confirmed". The next day after being contacted "to explain Delta Airlines basic economy restrictions" they revealed that they would NOT make my reservation until the day before my scheduled flight AND that there currently NO SEATS AVAILABLE at that fare class, and if none came available they would then refund my money and I would be ticketless the day before my trip! Wouldn't I rather upgrade to a higher fare with a guaranteed seat......In sales, this is called BAIT AND SWITCH!I have now lost the next lower fare from a legitimate website.
Hugo was very nice but the lower priced flight I booked and thought I had was unavailable. It seemed odd, why do they allow you to book a flight and then call the next day stating you have to pay a higher price for the same flight? It originally was $254 cheaper, now $100 cheaper than if I booked direct but still unsettling when dealing with an online company for the first time.
