Terrible experience with unresponsive support

After three months, I still haven't received a response from customer service about my faulty camera. It failed to show playback in portrait mode, and now it won't connect through screen mirroring on my phone. None of the three channels are functional. I've updated my software and rebooted, and Airplay works fine on all my other devices except for this camera. I strongly advise against purchasing it—it's not worth the money and the lack of customer support is frustrating!

Three months without a response...

Three months have passed, and I've yet to hear from the support team about my malfunctioning camera. It stopped showing playback in portrait mode. Now, it won't connect through screen mirroring on my phone, and none of the channels are working. I've updated my software and rebooted, and Airplay functions perfectly on my other devices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! SCAM!

Item malfunctioned - return fee not covered

The item I received didn't work. After multiple emails with the company, they concluded that I needed to pay for a 'newer version'—not what was initially advertised. The representatives were nice, but I ended up spending £14 to return it to the Netherlands, and they refused to cover the cost despite it being their faulty product. The only reason for 2 stars is the prompt communication. Disappointing outcome.

Did not receive the full order

I ordered several items, but the selfie monitor was missing from the package. I reached out to them, and they claimed it was packed. They sent pictures, but I couldn't discern anything from them. I wouldn't recommend this company, as you may not receive everything you paid for. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Don't waste your time. Better options exist.

I liked the concept until I received it... the quality is below average, to be generous. I found a better deal elsewhere that supports 4k quality. That's what I recommend. Available on other platforms too.
