We ordered 5 boxes in advance of a larger purchase to ensure the color matched our home (color variations are common, so we wanted to verify before spending thousands). Unfortunately, the color didn't align with the samples or online images, prompting us to arrange a return. Frustratingly, we had to schedule the pallet collection ourselves, package it, and have it delivered to their warehouse. Once the pallet arrived, we received confirmation from their support team, after following up, that they accepted the return and the refund would be processed. However, 15 days later, no refund had been issued. When I called, I encountered a new timeline for the refund and an extremely rude representative who threatened to cancel the refund entirely.
