Poor quality streaming and terrible customer service. They won't refund your money for any reason, no matter how legit it is. My team is no longer available on their service, but they refused to issue a refund even though I didn't use the product once. It is not worth the price.
Great way to bring the rink home! I had an issue with my login and I contacted FloHockey and the customer service was excellent and issue solved! We love the option of watching our kids play hockey when we can’t make it to the out of town games. Thanks FloHockey!
After losing the feed in the third period I contacted support. They responded very promptly and apologetically. Although it was not fixed right away they assured me they were working on ensuring this Doris t happen again. They communicated with me clearly with regular updates. Much appreciated.
Flohockey kept dropping us back to regular tv. Two to three times per game. We did all their suggestions but it continued. Absolutely not worth the bother. And why, oh why, do we have to use a secondary device? Why can they not just stream their service without having to "cast" with a secondary device? Absolutely ridiculous!
