FloSports is the worse streaming for…

FloSports is the worse streaming for watching my grandsons hockey games. Out of 22 games I was not able to watch 1/3 do to technical issues!! I reached out they wanted a ton of information which I gave them and in conclusion even though I paid $150 and was told they do not give any compensation for technical issues. I am a Nana on a fixed income and will not be using their streaming service again. The worst part is I missed seeing my grandson play in thoughts games!

I would like to cancel my subscription…

I would like to cancel my subscription as the one item I wanted to watch is now past. I have gone onto the site to sign in, in order to cancel my subscription. It only offers me a sign up option and no sign in option, so I cannot cancel. I then looked for a contact email to communicate my wish to cancel but cannot find any. Flosport have now replied through Trust Pilot and sent me agin to the instructions. I should go onto the Flosport site and click on a non existent icon in the top right hand corner. I am still not able to click on a non existent icon. The only icon there is one that says "sign up", which does not, of course, allow me to sign in. I am as previously stated using a Mac so the phone or tablet instructions do not apply.

I constantly get ads right in the middle of the play over and over again. Totally annoying

Terrible, Streaming stops for up to 5 to 10…

Streaming stops for up to 5 to 10 minutes at a time. 4 times in 1 game. Unwatchable and super frustrating. I can't believe they charged me $40 per month for this terrible service. Even after I complain, all they do is make lame excuses. Do not buy this service. I highly do not recommend it.
