Review Time
There was a video/audio issue watching the game which I reported to customer service. It was not only fixed in time for the second period, but the commentator apologized for the service disruption and provided a summary of the 1st period. Outstanding service.
Customer service was on top of helping me with the issue I was having. I have had problems with another sports streaming site (Bally). I am very happy with being able to watch my Hometown hockey team (Wichita Thunder) and my current local Milwaukee team. (Admirals).
The agent was prompt, courteous, and proactive in resolving my issue. We loved having access to watching our nephew’s corps compete throughout the season and win the championship! I would highly recommend FloSports to anyone wishing to access the coverage they provide. You can feel secure they will take good care of you.
The quick responses of the customer service agents kinda blew my mind. It wasn't 24 hours later, it was 2 minutes after I hit send that I had an email with the details I was asking for. A few more emails later, and the change to my subscription was completed. Fabulous interactions and super helpful.
Josh the agent was great. He responded quickly. When you’re trying to watch an event that is on it doesn’t help to get an email in 24 hours- people want a quick response when you’re trying to watch a broadcast now! I appreciate Josh responding quickly. It’s very frustrating that we pay for a subscription that seems to depend on a volunteer at the site doing this accurately. Having someone to intervene quickly is paramount to the success of Flo and to us getting to see our guys play. We appreciate him coordinating with the site quickly.
