super accommodating! I got charged for a monthly fee and I didn't want to renew the subscription. They said that was okay and refunded me! They were very helpful and made things smooth.

Does not cover all it says it does

Bought a month of FloSports to try it out and see their cycling coverage. They advertised that they were covering the cobbled and some of the classic races. The races appeared on the feed with upcoming date and start times but when the time came to watch an Unavailable box popped up. FloSports did not have rights and would not offer even a prorated refund after cancellation.

Subscription/Billing issue

I needed to use FloHoops to watch my favorite college basketball team play out of market. It was only for 3 summer games. After subscribing I canceled the automatic renewal option. For some reason my credit card kept being bill for 6 extra months before i noticed. Many companies would have simply responded “tough luck you should have stayed on top of your credit card charges”The FloSports team was responsive and patient as we walked through gathering my supporting details and when satisfied refunded all 6 months. Great customer service!

Updated review: Fool me once… Stream is unwatchable and all they have done is offer apologies. I’ve requested cancellation and refund and they just keep saying sorry while doing nothing to make things right. __________________________________________ Years ago I signed up for the service but had troubles with it working with my Apple TV. I mentioned my concerns about the past and was offered a 20% discount on my membership for not only this year but moving forward with my active subscription.I appreciate the help I received and so far the service has worked great on my firesticks and I’m enjoying the cycling season.
