Disappointing Experience with Frequent Freezes

Honestly, this service is pricier than others and still fails to deliver a smooth viewing experience for BCHL games, freezing every 30 seconds. It's incredibly frustrating, and when complaints are made, the response is minimal, often suggesting it's not their fault. As a business owner, I know that offering such poor service would be detrimental to my company’s reputation. The support team often deflects blame onto connection issues, ignoring the fact that many users face no problems with other services. It would be great if there were alternative options for BCHL games to encourage improvements, but it seems like the current situation allows for complacency. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Volume issues persist

The volume is consistently too low. Often, there’s no play-by-play commentary until halfway through the period. It would be great if some mic checks could be done for paying customers. Every game seems to have the same problem.

Why is there a charge for this?!?

I have to pay for this service to watch my brother play college basketball, even though he’s already spending a lot to attend. There are frequent technical issues—right now, the ads are blaring at ten times the volume of the game. The other night, a commentator mentioned that the scoreboard seemed stuck at ten fouls for both teams, which is actually a normal occurrence in basketball. I’m not blaming the young commentator, but seriously, why do I need to pay for this? It feels like a scam.

Avoid this service if you want to watch a full game!

Honestly, it’s pricier than a streaming service and I can’t even watch a game without it freezing every thirty seconds. It’s incredibly frustrating, and when I reach out, they hardly respond. If they do, it’s just excuses. As a business owner, I know that this level of service wouldn’t be sustainable. Improvements are needed, especially with the equipment and service quality. It’s disheartening to see responses attributing issues to our connection when we have few problems with other services. I wish there was competition for these games to motivate better service. It’s extremely frustrating!

If I could rate this service a 0, I absolutely would. With three children playing college basketball at different universities, this service is just awful. The lags and buffering are unbearable, and you will be frustrated watching games. Contacting support is pointless; they just offer excuses. Our high school AV club did a better job. Universities should drop this service immediately—these athletes deserve much better!

Lack of rugby content

I paid $159 to watch international rugby in August, but from September onwards, there has been no international or autumn tour rugby. It’s only available on another platform, and the service won’t provide a prorated refund for their inadequate rugby offerings.

If I could give a zero, I would. I paid $29 to watch my daughter's game tonight, and it was plagued by constant buffering and streaming issues. There are no live box scores, which we get for free in other games. What a joke! Please refund my $29.
