A big misunderstanding

When i renewed on my own not knowing I had auto renew I had two charges for the same service. Flo agent was able to cancel one subscription and give credit back to my account. Much thanks to all. I am up in age and unable to go to the racetrack to watch live racing anymore so this is so good to have.

I had an issue with my credit card being charged twice for my subscription. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day fusing the issue. I have been using the FloSports app since 2022 and am every satisfied!

Be Patient if you have a complex issue, they will help!

The initial customer service responders struggled to understand and answer my questions, but when the agent from the leadership team got involved, he was outstanding. I recommend that you be patient, and if you're having struggles, ask for a member of the leadership team, they will be sure to help you figure things out!
