I can only give one star because I wish I could give none. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this service at all costs; you will end up wasting your money. Multiple cancellations and no customer support... no refunds. Booking a flight with this company will feel like throwing your money away. Consider using a more reliable option instead.
Stay away from this airline to avoid a terrible experience. I've never seen service this poor. All three of our flights were significantly delayed, with zero assistance or updates. The last-minute cancellations left us without any support. This was truly the worst experience I've had in my extensive travels. Don't put yourself through this unless absolutely necessary.

Avoid this airline! They completely ruined our travel plans. Out of three booked flights, two were canceled and one was delayed, forcing us to change airports in Buenos Aires at the last minute. When we finally boarded, we waited an hour only to find out they had requested fuel 40 minutes prior but were still waiting for it. It's clear they didn’t plan properly.
This airline is the worst. I flew with them twice and will never do so again. My first flight was canceled without any notification, which was a first for me despite my extensive travel experience. The second flight was delayed several hours, with the final departure happening at 1:50 AM instead of the scheduled 9 PM.

I booked a domestic flight, and just six hours before departure, I was informed of the cancellation with no explanation or alternatives. Communication with customer service is extremely difficult, and at the airport, staff provide little help. They only refund the cost of the canceled flight, leaving you to buy another ticket at a much higher price. They offer no assistance or care for passengers, even though they cancel over 20% of flights. I'm still waiting for my refund for a flight I never took. Avoid this airline to prevent ruining your trip and losing money.
