Flyp managed our property sale including letting it temporarily while it was on the market. Stress free; handled everything and Tom Coates gave us good advice. We got top dollar for the sale price, largely due to the smart, stylish way they presented it, creating a ‘modern lifestyle’ look (the buyer wanted to keep the furniture!) It had been my mum’s so was rather tired before Flyp took over. On completion day when we went round to leave keys they had left it spotlessly immaculate and ready to move into. Good experience.

Flyp skilfully transformed my tired-looking outdated 2 bedroom flat in West London to a tasteful and desirable property in a matter of a couple of weeks. The quality redecoration and neat staging of my property, allowed me to increase my asking price significantly, which I achieved in full! The sale process took a bit longer than anticipated, but they managed the property while generating income and the end result was what I had hoped for. I will recommend Flyp to any seller who wants to maximise the potential and asking price of thier property without lifting a finger!
I had tried to sell my flat the traditional way for over two years without even one offer. I had tried reducing the price, looking at a different agents and still nothing. I had lost hope until I serendipitously came across Flyp on LinkedIn. I had a call with Ollie who explained the different options and I decided to press on with their full offering (sales and rentals). I had nothing to lose. Whilst I thought my flat was in a good condition, clearly something wasn't resonating. This was made only too clear after the design team worked their magic on my property. As after two weeks of renovations (which whilst not cheap, were totally worth it), the sales part began and within the first 2 weeks I had 3 offers, two were over asking price (and we had agreed to put the flat on at a higher price than originally anticipated given the works that had been done). Needless to say, I took the highest bid. Throughout the sales process the flat was rented out via their short term rentals team; The flat was occupied the whole time and I received between 1x - 3x market value. I was not unhappy with this and didn't have to do anything.I was so impressed with the whole proposition and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Ollie especially was amazing and answered all of my calls and texts, even out of office hours. I am really grateful to the team for selling my flat at a great price.

Flyp have furnished three properties for me & their style is excellent & have helped sell in a difficult market.They also ensure income whilst being marketed. They have done a really good job & get on with the dressing efficiently & leave it tidy & looking good.Simon
Viewed one of their properties in London. Was advertised as: "recently undergone a full refurbishment and comes in turnkey condition". Wow, what a blatently lie! The property was inhabited by the builders and smelled like cigarettes. Toilets unflushed. The estate agent said the property has also been short-term let, so Flyp can recuperate some of the costs. Flyp made the property "Instagram"-worthy, but they painted over all the cracks, laid carpet over broken floorboards, installed a cheap shower. Water tank was from 1980s. Cleverly, they omitted photos of the rooms that had not been "refurbished". Flyp also advertised the property as 2100sqft, but this includes a 260sqft eaves. Not suprisingly EPC F, because it's all cosmetic.I'm sure they make the sellers happy, but DO NOT BUY a property by Flyp. The audacity to represent this as "turnkey" and "undergone full refurbishment". I wish the eventual buyers of this £1.2M property good luck, because they will find all sorts of underlying issues.
My experience working with the Flyp teams was that they are professional, engaging , efficient, flexible and overall focused on great service and outcomes. They are pragmatic and results oriented from top down to bottom up in the organisation. Some areas of particular execution of excellence were the design teams and sales . The design teams completely transformed our house from good to amazing within reasonable time and costs and supported by an effective operations team. The sales teams co-ordinated working with multiple agencies across the region . Weekly feedback and data shared and plans formulated. All this managed under a single master agreement. I would use Flyp again and highly recommend them. They are the changing the future landscape of real estate in a positive way.
Had gone ‘sale agreed’ on my 3 bed end terrace in london. Typical - Buyer pulled out at last minute.Property was now empty so decided to stage it for sale and came across flyp on line. I called up Olly - whilst checking a few references - and he walked me through the flyp model - they invest up front in the design and repairs and then fully manage short term stays during the often laborious UK sale process. The design (Awesome work Claudia) and fit out was super fast (amazing Olivia) and what an amazing transformation of a property that had been rented out for 20 years. Within a week of first viewings we had a bidding frenzy. We held out for a number of weeks before settling on an offer £200,000 in excess of what we had previously accepted. (Nice work Jonty) In fact, we had a higher offer (an additional £69k) through Flyp’s network but chose the offer with best chance of closing in a timeframe of my choosing! I’ve bought and sold a number of properties over the years….From Olly to Olivia to Claudia and Jonty: I couldn’t have asked for a better team or service. Great way to maximise your property and protect against rental voids during sales process - particularly when buyers pull out.
