I hadn’t seen where I had to fill in the personal locator form number on the registration form, and worried myself sick that my test would be nullified. I sent an urgent email to find out what to do and received a prompt, friendly response which alleviated my anxiety (on top of jet lag). I received my negative test result next morning, all this in Christmas week rush! Thank you, Flysurance Customer Services. Pauline

I recieved my tests but no confirmation email so cannot book in my lateral flow tests. I emailed them on 20th December and after but still no reply its now a matter of urgency and have sent a further 2 emails. I have my tests with test kit id but no link or email to use them? Excellent result response to this review in 5 minutes and email with booking reference details recieved in 30 minutes. Must have been a Christmas hiccup. Thank you flysurance for your prompt reply
Used a few times now. Value for money and speedy results. Submitted results and immediately received fit to fly certs. Can't fault as every time the kits have arrived within a couple of days, easy to use and results are super quick without having to chase. Thank you for taking the stress out of my holiday.
Quick to get back to me via email but that’s about it. Ordered 2 pre departure tests for my holiday beginning of January. Even though I ordered a day or 2 before Christmas I was still advised I would get them in time hence the reason for buying them. I have now been told I may not get them in time and no refunds. I have asked for my order to be cancelled especially as it hasn’t even been dispatched yet but no response. I now can’t afford to get another 2 tests from elsewhere so now have to cancel my trip

I ordered my test kit on Sunday (before Christmas) before flying out on Wednesday. Since I knew royal mail had been having issues, I paid for the DPD courier and received them on Tuesday morning. I took them to Spain with me to use it as a fit to fly certificate for the UK return. I took my test on the 26th evening (flying out 28th afternoon). It was all smooth to take the test but then I got an automated response to say they had different opening times over Christmas. I would say this should have been clearer - this was on their website but I didn't see this looking for it, and I do think with posting everywhere about how quickly you get results, they should have put this as a small note in order confirmations for December. Anyway, whilst that made me a bit anxious, I still got the results at 2am in the morning on the 27th, so with plenty of time. However, I didn't find the email until late the next day, as it was blocked in junk mail (make sure you list info at flysurance.co.uk as a safe sender as this is different from the email address you send your result to). The other thing I would mention is that it's a shame you do not have a chat function of phone number for emergencies, as it would have given me some peace of mind to know I'd be able to get a hold of someone if there had been issues. However, all in all, I'm happy and would use them again
