Review Time
The most confusing procedure in the world! I ordered two LF tests a few weeks ago as I’m heading ocersas tomorrow. Opened the box today and started the registration online (had to Google how to do this as I did not receive any I instructions with my order!) I had no Test ID as apparently they are on the sheet of paper which I did not receive -Got a reply from the company via email that I could just use other supplied numbers. However, still no instructions and they have three different sets of instructions on their webpage: via email, uploading the form with info or uploading form/test cassette and then with copy of passport! Too much confusing information and no consistency at all! I had to shout out to my Facebook friends in order to get the form which, without I was unable to upload my rest result! Submitted it and hours later they’ve excelled with no comms at all! Also apparently the form says write test id on cassette and online it says date and cassette I work in the travel industry but this company is simply not to be trusted - wouldn’t touch them again! If I don’t get my text certificate within the next few hours I’ll have to pay for a walk in test on my way to the airport tomorrow! I intend to report this company as they are not fit for running a business!
A difficult one to review...At first they were very good - their test prices are decent and were helpful with any queries that I had. My trip to Poland went well in terms of testing service.When I really needed them though, I could not get hold of them.They failed to send me a result for my pre flight test back from Romania. I did it 24 hours before, they state that all tests are returned within 12 hours, and they aim for 60 minutes. I never received my results certificate, but luckily there was a test centre at this very small airport.When I returned from Romania, it took 5 days for me to receive my result, which finally came on Christmas Eve, and only when I complained via email.They then informed me that the results had been issued the day before, but no one had bothered to send them to me. I had been quarantining at home, as per rules, until I got my results.To my recollection they used to have a live chat and phone number available on site. I couldn't find any trace of these when I needed them, and I could not get in touch with anyone while waiting for my pre flight result, despite emailing.Despite a complaint via email and a request for a refund (for buying a test which was useless as no result certificate was sent back), they offered no explanation, apology or attempt at compensation.Of course, this all made for a very stressful experience.All the best to everyone nonetheless, but this last experience was dreadful.
Hi I submitted my test results yesterday at 4 o clock still waiting on a reply .I'm here on holiday at the moment needless to say I'm panicking as I'm due to travel home tomorrow & was hoping to get all my documents printed today.
If I could give a minus I would. Recevied my test with hardlys any solution in the bottle, tried to do it with what was there, but it wasn't enough. I had to pay another €40 from a clinic to get home. Emailed them several times but haven't getting a response. Waste of money.After supplying them with all the info they asked for several times, still no response. Only respond on here to make themselves look as though they are doing something..
Having returned to the UK late on 24th December we decided to wait the full 2 days, until 26th December, before taking the tests and returning them using the enclosed Royal Mail packaging in a priority postbox in order to avoid the main Christmas post backlog. We still hadn’t heard anything by 30th and so emailed Flysurance to see what was happening as the test packaging had stated that tests received after 70 hours would be discarded. I received a generic email advising that Flysurance had not received any tests at all until 29th and directing me to their policy on timescales – which stated that results would be sent out within 36 hours of receipt. However, when we still hadn’t received our results on 31st we elected to take a second set of tests, receiving negative results later that day.Finally, this morning (2nd January) we got our results – 2 negative, 1 positive. This was a full week from when we had taken the tests – obviously long enough for the virus to have left my wife’s system judging by the 31st December test results. Significantly, while the positive certificate had the correct details, both the negative certificates we received had the day and month of the dates of birth the wrong way around, thus rendering them unusable as official documents.In summary, even given the holiday period, the tests took far longer than advertised to return – so long as to potentially compromise their accuracy (>70 hrs) and the certificates were in any case carelessly completed with errors. We’ll stick with C19 Testing in future.
