I ordered a birthday cake only to be given a cake with a mouldy strawberry. After complaining that I need a refund I was told no .i have now had chronic diarrhoea for the last 3 days as half of the cake was consumed before realizing it was mouldy. Never order from them unless you want to get sick.
International buyers, BEWARE. They state that delivery was attempted, yet the recipient receives no call or notification. This can result in missed celebrations, no gift delivered, and money wasted. Refund concerns will not be addressed, and customer service replies feel automated and repetitive from Deepa of Customer Service Team.
Speaking from experience, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.
Horrendous company with horrendous “customer service”. Never delivered my Valentines order and left my wife empty handed on Valentines.
Now they are ignoring all my messages and requests for a refund. They took the money, didn’t deliver the order at all and are not responding. Surely this is considered theft in the UAE. Dubai Police?
It really really bad, so complicated with the AI system and when I placed the order they called me directly to acknowledge the order and proceed with the payment!!!!,

I recently received a flower delivery in Dubai that was ordered for me by a friend in the UK via FNP.ae. Unfortunately, the flowers began to wilt within 24 hours of delivery, which was very disappointing given this was a gift.
I contacted FNP via WhatsApp on day two, well within their stated 48-hour reporting period. I was told they could only assist if I provided the order number, which I did not have as I was the recipient, not the purchaser. This meant I had to contact my friend in the UK to ask for the order details, which was embarrassing for both of us given this was meant to be a gift.
After providing the order details, the issue still was not resolved. I was told customer service would need to contact the sender directly in the UK to proceed with the complaint. I was then sent a photo showing the flowers at delivery, which I never disputed — my concern was that the flowers deteriorated within 48 hours, which is not acceptable quality for a premium flower delivery service.
Overall, this was disappointing both in product quality and customer service handling. Gifts should not create awkward situations between sender and recipient, and there should be a clear, recipient-friendly process for reporting quality issues.
I would not feel confident recommending this service based on this experience.
I had nice with the staff and well dedicated with the service and way of interaction with me, honestly saying I had bad experience with online shopping.
But dealing with your staff Mr. Rhoby, the confidence he gives me was much appreciating.
I will recommend to others my experience was great.
