The item looked promising on the website, but after two weeks of waiting, it still hadn't shipped from China. After contacting support, it finally started to move. Unfortunately, during the USPS process, it was confiscated due to counterfeit postage issues.
After a long wait of 2 months, my order finally arrived, but one of the items was damaged with three broken parts. I tried to fix it, but it was beyond repair and kept falling apart. I reached out to the support team about the broken item, and it's been over a week with no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on November 24th, and as of January 3rd, I still haven't received it. The company's website states they cannot track packages. They blocked me on social media instead of addressing my concerns. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is clearly a scam.
