I had an outstanding and seamless experience with the service, including informative Zoom sessions and Q&A. All arrangements met my expectations, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely choose them again in the future.
Walking the Camino Kodo was a truly unforgettable experience for us. We felt privileged to have the opportunity. However, there were a few aspects that could have enhanced our experience. Receiving the guidebook before departure would have helped us prepare and build excitement. Getting it just before the walk, especially since it was heavy, wasn’t ideal. The details about our accommodations and how to reach them were not clearly communicated, leading us to figure things out as we went. A simple email before our journey, wishing us well, would have been a nice touch. Many fellow walkers used GPS apps from their agents that provided helpful route and topography information.
Be cautious about this company's strict cancellation policy. My father passed away the month we were supposed to walk the Camino Frances. They reluctantly allowed me to carry over half of my deposit to the next year, but after my spouse also passed away, the trip became impossible. If your plans are unchangeable due to life events, be prepared for challenges with this company.
I recently finished the complete Camino de Santiago de Compostela via the Napoleon route. It was an extraordinary experience in many ways and is hard to put into words. However, I can easily express how beneficial it was to have my logistics and support managed by the service. I frequently saw other pilgrims struggling with accommodations and heavy backpacks, making me grateful for my decision to use an agent for planning my itinerary and arranging my luggage transport. Every inquiry I made before booking was answered promptly, and any calls or emails during my journey received full attention through a 24/7 helpline. I truly appreciated their concern for my safety and comfort. I highly recommend this service.
Despite my initial nerves about the experience, everything went perfectly. My reservations were flawless, and my bags were consistently picked up and delivered on time. I encountered no issues at all. The only downside was a lack of flexibility, but fortunately, I didn’t sustain any injuries. I wish I could have stayed an extra night in Burgos and Leon, but I didn't. I highly recommend this service!
During my trip to the Dordogne, my maps and guidebooks did not arrive at the first accommodation, leading to several wrong turns and adding about 20 km to my journey. I was refused accommodation at two hotels, requiring me to pay upfront and seek reimbursement. They did refund a significant portion of my payment beyond my actual out-of-pocket costs.
