Purchased several items and agree other reviews very good quality and very good value for money. Had 1 item missing though gave them a call and item was sent out the next day, so aftersales is good from my experience.
Ordered some items which were all absolutely perfect and some were far superior to the online photos. I had a bit of a sizing issue with one item, iand following contact with one of the team, I am in the process of getting this sorted. Honestly they couldn’t have been nicer / more pleasant to deal with. I have also visited the portstewart store in person many times and am very happy to spread the word that they are also dog friendly. I am able to bring my golden Labrador into the shop to browse. 🐾Big thank you to Portstewart Clothing on lots of levels 🤩
I ordered an item which was in stock online. I then received an email with the tracking number saying the item had been dispatched. A week later I got an email asking me to review the item, despite it not being delivered. I contacted the company and was then told it was no longer in stock, despite the tracking info etc. this is really disappointing service.
