This company doesn't honor claims!!!

Customer service was ok. They stated that they couldn't find my account. When they did, I was told that it was inactive. Luckily I got in touch with the finance company to do a conference call. When I got to the maintenance shop for repairs and put in a claim form they did not honor the claim form not a good company to have extra coverage with. So if you have them for coverage for any financing company take it off! Cuz like I said they do not honor claims!!!

They will almost ALWAYS renege on their warranty! The technicians will report back to them 'no problem found' or 'normal wear & tear' thus voiding any responsibility by the company/warranty. One of the airbags on my air massage sofa seemed to deflate( after only abt 2 years or less) which made both the massager and lumbar support become less efficient on one side of the sofa. The other side was still operable, and when i challenged the technician to compare the working side with the less efficient side, he SWORE he felt no difference...which was a BLATANT LIE. Based on his report back to company, claim was denied.DO NOT TRUST ANY WARRANTY GIVEN BY ROOMS TO GO FURNITURE OR FORTEGRA!

Fortegra denied claim on broken adjustable bed frame only 1 year old.

Bought a mattress and adjustable bedframe from Mattress Firm just over a year ago. While lying in bed a couple weeks ago, part of the bedframe collapses. Luckily we didn't get hurt. Put a claim through and got denied saying accidental frame damage is not covered. This is a bullshit excuse not to pay for a problem with the bedtime. Spend 4 digits on an adjustable frame and only got a year of use? Horrible warranty company.

Bought outdoor furniture with a…

Bought outdoor furniture with a Fortegra warranty for 3 years. Cost was $300 and salesperson claimed Fortegra would honor warranty for any stains the furniture would incur. Made a claim and Rooms to Go sent a technician to come see furniture and he immediately stated yes, furniture indeed has stains and would be replaced. He stated all cushions would be replaced and would delivered. I receive a phone 10 days later stating the claim was denied. Stated the technician wrote a report contrary to what he told me. This is a blatant lie from the salesperson and the technician. Do NOT do business with the fraudulent company!! The furniture was very expensive but still very cheaply made.

Refuse to honor a warranty

I purchased a warranty for a device and they cannot "find it in their system." I spent exactly 58 minutes on the phone trying to clear this up and was told there was nothing they can do. I have a copy of the email receipt for the purchase and a screenshot of all my purchased warranties. They could verify all the warranties except the one I was calling about. I asked repeatedly what could solve this problem and I was told "nothing."I was told that something wasn't entered into the system correctly and that there was nothing they could do. Finally I was promised that someone would investigate and get back to me the next business day, and no one did.

Jason was very professional and honest, straightforward and accommodating ensuring that I understood every step of the process. I ultimately had a major brake system overhaul for my Colorado Z71 pickup at the shop and now the system is as good (or better) as new! It’s good to know that I now have a trusted auto repair shop in town!

The auto service company came to my location in less than 10 mins. They got the car unlocked in a couple of minuets, that was running with doors all locked. The service guy was so friendly, and polite it was a pleasure!
