My son said he wanted to make memories as his Christmas present. This was the perfect gift for him and his wife, arrived in time for Christmas which I had left until the last minute. Now hoping they enjoy whatever they chose. Thank you

Terrible service

Terrible service, do not use!Terrible service purchased a voucher for my stepmother on Saturday 21st December, as their adverts all stated order now in time for Christmas AND I paid and extra £8.50 for next day service, just in case. Nothing arrived at all! I contacted them to complain and ensure it arrived the next day, but the response I got was 'your order has been dispatched but on this occasion our courier has not fulfilled their time slot.' I let them know I wanted the gift and my £8.50 for the next day postage refunded, at the very least. I have heard nothing back since, it is now the morning of 28 December and still the gift has not arrived. My stepmother had to go without a present as I had no refund and could not afford to buy an alternative. Will not be using this company again. There are several alternatives out there that do fulfill their orders!!

Very pleased with the service - Great Gift.

Very pleased with the service! I ordered the gift late and was prepared to wait till after Christmas for the Smartbox rather than an evoucher. It arrived today, earlier than I expected. I have ordered several Smartboxes over time and every recipient had been thrilled with their gifts. Will definitely buy more.

Rubbish

Rubbish! I ordered a voucher as it stated on the internet it would arrive in time for Christmas and I paid £8.50 to ensure that yet it didn't arrive. I have contacted them complaining but received no response, yet I get an email asking how they did! Ridiculous. I am expecting a refund on the delivery charge at the very least, my parcel arrived today and even has a sticker on it which is bright orange saying next day delivery and the date 23/12/19.

Great way to get an interesting gift...

I have bought a number of experiences over the past few years and found Buyagift to be great. Experiences have been purchased for friends and family who have really enjoyed them, definitely recommended and it’s great you have the email option which is a great way to get a last minute gift.

Terrible service purchased a voucher for my stepfather on Thursday the 19th December, as their adverts all stated order now in time for Christmas but I paid and extra £8.50 for next day service, just in case. Nothing arrived. I contacted them on the Monday to complain and ensure it arrived the next day, but the response I got was 'your order has been dispatched but on this occasion our courier has not fulfilled their time slot. As a gesture of good will we would like to offer you a bottle of wine, please let us know if you would prefer red, rose or white'. I responded immediately saying I wanted the gift not a bottle of wine and my £8.50 for the next day postage refunded, at the very least. I have heard nothing back since, it is now the evening of the 27th December and still the gift has not arrived. My stepfather has gone without a present as I have had no refund could not afford to buy an alternative. Will not be using this company again. There are several alternatives out there that do fulfill their orders.

Arrived when told

I ordered 3 gifts on Sunday 22nd at midday I had to phone the order through due to internet problems (apologies I can’t remember the persons name) he was really great. I paid £8.50 for Christmas Eve delivery and it turned up as expected so thank you really great service so far.I hope that booking the trips will be as good. I will update when used.

Very fast delivery even a few days before Christmas. Bought as gifts so not sure I can review the actually experiences. But very happy with the service and selection so far.
