Was struggling to find a gift idea and found this website using google. Managed to get a pamper day as a birthday gift for a good friend. Website was easy to use and could get an e-voucher as I left it to the last minute. Only issue I had was when it came to pay it wouldn't process the payment and had to do this over the phone in the end. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged twice but I will check to make sure.
As so often your Web site architects are of extremely low intellect. In order to progress to the pages where I had to post the billing and delivery adresses, I had to put in a postal code. Your site wouldn't allow my French postal code so I put in an English one. I then filled in the two adresses as being mine in France because the gift was supposed to be à surprise. So what did you do ? You ignored the French delivery address and sent the box to an English postal code without a proper address. More stupid would not be possible. You need to rethink your website !!!
