Was happy with the voucher I received…

Was happy with the voucher I received as it was a present for someone's leaving gift and they were happy. However, I was a little annoyed as I purchased the voucher for £49.99. The next day I got an email encouraging me to check out the item I had left in my basket which was the same voucher I purchased the day before, offering me 20% off if I checked out. So if I had waited less than 12 hours I could have had £10 off. Definitely won't order again without storing something in my basket for the day first.

Beware

We got a present of a smartbox break for my wife's sixtieth birthday. Having looked throughout the available accomodation online we selected a pet friendly hotel, Slaney Manor in Wexford. They accepted our booking but later emailed to say that they no longer do business with Smartbox.I phoned Smartbox and was told they would ring back the same day. They did not return my call.It is very unprofessional to advertise accomodation that does not do business with Smartbox and to not ring back as promised. Until this is sorted I would advise people to be cautious if thinking about purchasing these gift boxes.Get Outlook for Android
