These people cold call pretending to be existing suppliers, and trick employees into placing orders by way of an emailed order form.We asked them last year to remove our contact details after one incident, only to find today that they've managed to get another order by contacting a different department.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. You absolute shysters, you claim we ordered PDQ rolls, which we didn't incidentally. So you can send us a rogue invoice priced at 5 times what our actual supplier charges us. Reporting you to the OFT.

I've had an account for the last couple of years and usually speak to Amber , who is friendly, approachable and professional , the goods always arrive promptly and the prices are highly competitive against the majority of main suppliers

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM They make out they are your supplier and trick members of staff into agreeing to an order - hugely more expensive than getting them from elsewhere. Yes they accept returns but you have to pay for them! No signed order, completely misleading phone call (they sent us a recording of the order so we are aware of how misleading). We are left with a member is staff distraught at being tricked OVOID AT ALL COSTS AND LET STAFF KNOW THEY COLD CALL TO RIP YOU OFF!!!!

Zero rating .

If i could give a zero rating .This is the worst company i have ever dealt with . They are rude, they lie blatantly . Their toner cartridge was faulty . Their prices look reasonable and then they add on a hefty delivery charge and you find you would be better off buying from the manufacturer. AVOID !
