Terrible cold calling company, told on several occasions to remove our details from their database but still receive calls every month. Callers approach is as if we already use them and need a top up of stock despite being told to remove our details.
Completely untrustworthy. Harrassed by Amber, who phoned 3 times in the space of 20 minutes and completely misled me to believe that they were our regular supplier. We have never used them and never will. She then sent a strange order form over then called straight away to tell me to sign it and send it when I hadn't even opened it.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Not sure I should even give them one star as that is too much. Disgusting way to run a business. Harassment from sales team (Amber) and then severe disgusting attitude from the Manager (Faye). Eventually put the phone down on her after she started to shout and tell me my colleagues were liars!!!! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. They have never even supplied us and NEVER will.
called a team member and said Neopost supply the machine but not the consumables which is complete rubbish. When I called to complain and tell them they were conning people the woman on the phone had a go at me. I have asked the we are removed from their cold calling list we will wait and see if this happens. Be very wary of this company
Pressure selling on the phone pretending they are normal suppliers and sending through orders to be signed which if you are busy and not paying attention you would sign not knowing they are not your normal suppliers. Shouldnt be allowed. Called me three times chasing for order to be signed - not an acceptable way of doing business
I worked for this company before, it is a pressure sales environment. We rung around people who might need supplies but nearly 99% of the people I phoned never wanted what we was selling. I used to get it in the neck, it was impossible to sell and it was a hard sell too you had to be quite forceful and I was just getting nowhere. The boss wasn't very helpful and I was getting abuse on the phones from fed up customers, so after a few weeks of barely any sales I quit there and then. They even timed me when I went to the toilet asking me why I took long sometimes!. I honestly couldnt be bothered to go in of a morning due to the utter joke of a company being how they are so I just quit there and then. You'd be better off getting your franking off ebay as 1. Its cheaper 2. Less BS 3. No hard sell. Customers were never happy so the company just doesn't care. Avoid at all costs! whether working there or buying from them.
Awful company.Tricked us into ordering (sent unsolicited email with an order form and a message saying please sign and return - unfortunately the receptionist did this. the email did very much look as if it was a standard repeat order).Sent faulty goods.Claim not to have received the ink we sent back.Say they will 'test' the other ink cartridge when we return it. If they say it works we have to pay. I have zero faith in their honesty so I am sure they will say it works and we can't prove it doesn't.Are completely unwilling to discuss our complaints and are just chasing for payment
DO NOT USE!!!! This company rings round businesses that it has found out use machines that they hold franking stock for and pretends to be that company checking if you need an order. For us that was Neopost, they pretended to be them and asked if we needed anything. We ordered labels and when they arrived they were completely wrong, wrong size and not official Neopost. My colleague called up to discuss, advised they were wrong and requested uplift of the product; to which they agreed to collect. Unfortunately she didn't take a name but they said a courier would collect. This never happened, they refused to collect, denied we had ever called and have been demanding the money for this unused/ unwanted item ever since! When we called up to try once again to get this resolved the man was so so rude and said it was A. our responsibility to send it back and that they never said they would collect. B. Its our responsibility to prove this with a telephone recording.. And C. That he isn't going to deal with us any more and slammed the phone down! Never have I ever experienced such a lack of customer service, the man was so vile and rude, we would never speak to a customer the way he did! Gobsmacked at the menace in the mans voice, he was having such a great time being so vile.Absolute cowboys, stay well away from these disgusting con -artists!
