I should have known. The online checkout experience was as scammy as it could possibly be. I can confirm that they do set up an auto recurring charge of $50 per month as part of their terms and conditions (it must be buried somewhere and it is not stated upfront). I am not sure how it is even legal. The VIP membership charges you $50/month and the only benefit is that you are supposedly able to receive discounts on further product purchases. What a joke! Actually, a SCAM. I really wanted the supplement they offered and there were not many other options out there to purchase it. Maybe they know that and chose to exploit that. I now must question the legitimacy of the actual product (supplement). This company does not do good business.
I would rate zero stars if I could. I placed an order over 5 weeks ago ($515+) and have heard nothing. I've reached out several times and been told my order is "in the queue" so be patient. That was 2 weeks ago. Now they just charged me a bogus $49.99 fee for God knows what and they will not respond to my emails, and their phone system is "currently down"!! This company is a complete fraud! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
This company is a scam. I, like other posters, made only a one-time purchase- I never even received an invoice or email confirmation right after. No shipping confirmations either. I then started receiving monthly charges to my credit card of $49.99 which I did not authorize. I only authorized the one-time purchase of one of their products, I certainly didnt sign up for any membership or recurring charges, and nothing of that nature was disclosed anywhere during the check-out process for the bottle of supplements I bought. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and had to request a new card to be issued. I called freerangesupplements and spent over an hour on hold and no one ever answered and eventually I was disconnected. I never created an account with them either so there is no way to contact anyone or remove my credit card info from their system. They are completely scamming people - be warned.
Ordered. Received emails that my address was incorrect. I was asked SEVEN TIMES to correct my address. I entered it correctly, but their system glitched. After all those emails, they did not correct it in their system and the package was returned. They also overcharged me. Then the subscription charge, but no product. HOW ABOUT THE FACT THAT INTERNAL IVERMECTIN CANNOT BE SOLD IN MOST STATES WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. ILLEGAL FRAUDSTERS!
I ordered my product, May 3rd today is June 3. I have emailed them 10 different times with no response at this point I’m getting in touch with Better Business Bureau it’s time to shut these scam artist down. Do not ever deal with any company or should I say so-called company that gets their stuff from China!!!
They ignore requests to cancel "membership." Have been messaging for days with no response. Product itself is nothing but a placebo. Their address is bogus - it's actually a Staples location in Florida. Call their number and get nothing but "Our phone support is currently down." Scam artists.
