Review Time
I did not want recurring monthly orders. After ordering a new credit card, they somehow obtained the new card number. This has turned into a nightmare, and my bank said they might not be able to stop the charges due to a "certain code." I might discontinue my banking relationship after many years.
This company is terrible! I almost completed my order when I noticed the auto-membership. I exited the site, but they processed my order anyway and signed me up for a membership. Despite my immediate cancellation request, they refused to refund my money. I regret not reading reviews beforehand.
I ordered. I didn't like the scammy nature of their website. Order now and you'll get this price, You never actually get an option to load a cart and see a final number you'll be spending. The second you touch that button it charges you. Ordered the 7th, it's not the 18th with no shipping update. Customer service said that's common... asked them to cancel my order, we'll see how long it takes to get my money refunded or if I'll have to do a charge back. Looked up the company address and it's a tiny house in Florida.
It turns out if you order the ParaPurge or any of their supplements at the discounted price, they automatically sign you up for the VIP subscription which costs $49.99 per month. None of this is made clear at all unless you read the fine print. Also, all of their pone numbers are not available when you call. im trying to find out if what I ordered is being shipped and get no response. I had to cancel my cc bc of them-they are a scam Beware.
I purchased almost $170 worth of your product almost 4 weeks ago on November 4th. I reached out via email for help with it finally on November 16th because after I reviewed my confirmation email on the 4th I waited almost 2 full weeks and had yet to receive any communication regarding shipping or tracking. Jayson responded quickly but gave vague information at first on why there was a delay and why it hadn’t been communicated to me yet. Eventually a 10% refund was offered by Kevin and I accepted. That was on November 17th and it now November 30th. No update on my order since then. I still want to try your product but at this point it’s looking like you don’t want to or can’t sell it. I am very close to getting a full refund since it’s been almost a full month with no shipping information. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I think it is warranted in this situation. Please help!
This company hides an automatic VIP subscription in the small print of their Ts and Cs.
