All is perfect! Happy w the product and process! Just did not realize the die off would be so good, needed colon hydrotherapy to clean all the parasite doe offs, and unclog me. So if anyone is doing it and already have constipation, make apt w a natural therapist to do before, mid point and after gut colon hydrotherapy session. That was needed for me. Everyone is different. FreeRange Supplements did not honor their return policy for an unopened product that I received their permission to return along with the address and instructions on how to return the item. In fact after I returned it properly and on time they received it and resent me the same item again. They had promised to refund my money and gave me a confirmation number over the phone by two different agents and one additional agent by email and claimed that there was a chargeback active so they couldn’t but when I called my bank they had not started the chargeback process and it was only in a dispute stage of the process. Also they claimed that the phone being disconnected or no longer in service was an error and was repaired but they changed their number to a completely different area code from a different state, so that was not true. So my bank is now handling this refund issue. Good luck with your purchases from them.
Quick responses, helpful answers. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is I asked a couple of medical questions. I understand liability but perhaps you can answer in a general sense "we recommend, we feel or think, we believe", etc because if you are selling something you take, you should be able to answer when to take medications in between times or if you can have a glass of wine or not with the protocol.
